SCR技術(shù)是以NH3為還原劑,利用其對(duì)NOX的高選擇還原性,將NOX優(yōu)先還原為N2和H2O的廢氣后處理技術(shù)。與其它降低NOX排放的技術(shù)相比,SCR的NOX轉(zhuǎn)化率最高,技術(shù)最成熟可靠,并且對(duì)柴油機(jī)性能和零部件影響較小。目前,選擇性催化還原(SCR)被認(rèn)為是能使船用柴油機(jī)NOX排放滿足未來(lái)相關(guān)法規(guī)的主要技術(shù)手段。SCR is a kind of exhaust gas post treatment technique to revivify NOx in priority into N2 and H2O with NH3 as reductant for its high selective reducibility on NOx. Compared with other techniques to reduce the emission of NOx, SCR features highest conversion rate of NOx, most mature and reliable technique and least impact on the performance and parts of diesel engine. At present, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is generally considered the main technical method to make sure the emission of NOx of vessel diesel engine meeting the requirements of related regulations in the future. 反應(yīng)器是船用中高速柴油機(jī)SCR系統(tǒng)的核心部件,它由催化劑、反應(yīng)器本體、混合導(dǎo)流結(jié)構(gòu)和吹灰器等組成。廢氣通過(guò)反應(yīng)器中的催化劑時(shí),有害物質(zhì)NOX在催化劑的作用下和NH3反應(yīng)生成無(wú)害的N2和H2O。 The reactor, as core of SCR system of high speed diesel engine for vessels, consists of catalyst, body of reactor, mixture and diversion structure and ash gun.
