          一、原則
        譯:Principles
          1、以《勞動(dòng)法》、《北京市勞動(dòng)合同規(guī)定》等法律、法規(guī)和公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及勞動(dòng)合同、專項(xiàng)協(xié)議作為工作的準(zhǔn)則。
        譯:This Regulation is subject to the guideline of Labor Law PRC, Beijing Labor Contract Regulations, other applicable laws and regulations, corporate by-laws, labor contract and subject agreements.
          2、公司各級(jí)管理者應(yīng)在法律、法規(guī)的框架下,充分行使自己的職責(zé)和權(quán)力,把維護(hù)公司的利益和維持正常的工作秩序作為工作的基礎(chǔ)。
        譯:The management shall fully exert assigned duties and rights pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, and safeguard corporate interest and normal working order in duty performance.
          3,公司各級(jí)主管人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行員工離職工作程序,確保工作程序規(guī)定的內(nèi)容、時(shí)間要求等得到有效執(zhí)行。
        譯:The executives shall strictly perform the employee resignation procedures, and effectively perform the contents and schedules under this Regulation.
          二、工作程序
        譯:Working Procedures
          l、員工辭職應(yīng)提前30日提出申請(qǐng)。在正式提出書面申請(qǐng)前,所在單位應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,做好以下相應(yīng)的工作:
        譯:The employees are required to submit resignation application 30 days in advance, prior to which the employer shall make the efforts below as the case may be:
          (1)辭職員工提出書面申請(qǐng)前,所在單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)及時(shí)同本人進(jìn)行溝通面談,了解員工辭職原因,并根據(jù)工作需要及員工的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行必要的挽留。自員工提出辭職意向2日內(nèi),所在單位應(yīng)及時(shí)將信息反饋給公司人力資源管理科,同時(shí)對(duì)員工的辭職意向給予保密。
        譯:Prior to written resignation application, the employer officials shall interview with the employee to investigate resignation reasons, and try to retain the employee based on working needs and employee conditions. Within 2 days after the resignation application, the employer shall promptly report to HR department and keep the confidentiality thereof.
          (2)公司人力資源系統(tǒng)各級(jí)主管5日內(nèi)根據(jù)公司崗位需求及辭職員
        譯:The HR executives shall communicate with the employee based on the post needs and professional background of the employee within 5 days thereafter, and decide whether to accept the resignation as the case may be.
