    譯：Procedures:

 
    1. 用金屬探測儀空氣過濾器底部的黑色旋鈕，將殘余水份排除。

 
    譯：Use the black knob on the bottom of air filter of metal detector to remove the residual moisture;

 
    2. 檢查空氣壓力是否滿足需要，壓力范圍6-8公斤，關(guān)閉壓縮空氣管道球閥。

 
    譯：Check whether air pressure meets the requirements. Pressure range is 6-8kg. Shut off the ball valve on compressed air pipeline;

 
    3.用一只手向上推起快速接頭的卡環(huán)，另一只手將快速接頭用力向上頂，并放下卡環(huán)，用手旋轉(zhuǎn)卡環(huán)，確�？ōh(huán)已到位。

 
    譯：Use one hand to quickly boost up the clip ring of quick adaptor. Use the other hand to firmly squeeze upward the quick adaptor, and lay down the clip ring. Rotate the clip ring to ensure it is in place;

 
    4. 開啟壓縮空氣管道球閥。接通電源；啟動(dòng)電源按鍵，試動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常

 
    譯：Turn on the ball valve on compressed air pipeline. Switch on the power supply; start up the press button of power supply for trial running to check whether running is normal;

 
    5. 每次生產(chǎn)前對(duì)金屬探測儀進(jìn)行靈敏度矯正，用模擬試塊測試探測儀工作是否正常，反映是否靈敏，將檢測結(jié)果記錄在《金屬探測儀檢測記錄表》內(nèi)

 
    譯：Before each production, sensitivity rectification is done for metal detector. Use simulation testing block to test whether the detector operates normally, and whether its response is sensitive. The testing results are written into Record Chart for Testing of Metal Detector;

 
    6. 經(jīng)測試儀器工作正常無問題后，方可進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)

 
    譯：Only after the detector is tested and no problem is found, can production begin;

 
    7.在正常生產(chǎn)過程中每隔20分鐘用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試塊測試一次

 
    譯：In the normal production process, the detector is tested once every 20 minutes with standard testing block;

 
    8. 檢查金屬探測儀的搖臂是否動(dòng)作，反映是否靈敏，時(shí)間差是否合理

 
    Check whether the swinging arm of metal detector acts, whether its response is sensitive, and whether time difference is reasonable;

 
    9.  檢查氣壓是否正常，試塊是否恰好落入接料盒內(nèi)

 
    Check whether air pressure is normal, and whether the testing block exactly falls into receiving box;
