    (a)The Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally:
          
 
    擔(dān)保方在此不可撤銷(xiāo)、完全無(wú)條件地：
          
 
    (i)as principal obligor and not merely as surety, guarantees to IFC the due and punctual payment of the Guaranteed Obligations whether at stated maturity, upon acceleration or otherwise; and
          
 
    作為主義務(wù)人并且不僅僅作為保證人，向IFC保證到期按時(shí)償還擔(dān)保義務(wù)，不論是在規(guī)定的到期日期、提前到期日期或其它規(guī)定日期；以及
          
 
    (ii)undertakes with IFC that whenever the Borrower does not pay any amount of the Guaranteed Obligations when due the Guarantor will immediately and in any event, forthwith upon demand by IFC, pay that amount to IFC, in the currency prescribed in the Loan Agreement or the relevant Transaction Document, and otherwise in the same manner in all respects as the Guaranteed Obligations are required to be paid by the Borrower

    向IFC保證，如果借款方在任何時(shí)候沒(méi)有償還任何到期應(yīng)付擔(dān)保義務(wù)，擔(dān)保方在任何情況下將立即根據(jù)IFC的要求，以借款協(xié)議或相關(guān)交易文件規(guī)定的貨幣向IFC支付該款項(xiàng)，并且對(duì)借款方有義務(wù)償還的擔(dān)保義務(wù)的所有方面采取相同方式， 擔(dān)保方在此放棄其可能適用的本協(xié)議的接受通知和任何債務(wù)通知，并且放棄任何以上債務(wù)支付的陳述和要求、主張、拒付通知或未支付任何其它債務(wù)的通知、IFC針對(duì)以上任何責(zé)任方（包括該擔(dān)保方或任何其它擔(dān)保方）提起的訴訟或起訴。
